Hello, we need to transfer ownership of a website from one webhostinghub.com account to another webhostinghub.com account. I don't have access to the AMP it's currently on, so I guess I can't use the "website transfer request" feature on the AMP. I just have FTP and cPanel access. The old owner is supposed to be unlocking the domain now. Is there another way to move it? A shopping cart is involved so I was hoping to avoid re-installing everything... thanks!
