hi,
i am currently uploading the backup file of my website from my previous hosts to the HOME DIRECTORY by FTP.
it is a zen cart store.
do I need to install zen cart before the backup can be restored?

Hello, As long as you upload all the files properly and create and import the database, you will not need to perform an install via the Softaculous tool. Kindest Regards, Scott M |
