WebCalendar switches to install wizard when opening events

Our web caendar keeps going to the installation wizzard when we try and navigate through it or open - close events, on all PCs.

Hello,
Thank you for your question today. I took a look at your webcalendar configuration. It appears it is still using an old URL, possibly for a domain you no longer use. By editing that specific installation within the softaculous you should be able to change the URL to point to your current one. This should enable the program to work normally.

To edit the installation configuration, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your cPanel

  2. Locate the Softaculous icon under the Software/Services category.

  3. Once in Softaculous click on the All installations icon in the upper right corner.

  4. This will list all current installations. Find your webcalendar installation and look to the right, there is an Edit icon. Click that.

  5. This is the configuration page the webcalendar installation. Change the URL to be the current domain name and then save the configuration.
