"Empty Sidebar" message problem
When I create a blog, on the page it shows a message on the right saying "Empty Sidebar": I can't find anywhere to remove that! How do I delete that?

http://h-ohm.org/my-journey-to-happiness/ is the blog page (which I have linked from my page): but it shows that message on the right. When I go into widgets, I can't remove it... I don't know where else to look, as I'm new. Thank you for responding!
