I received an e-mail from Google about phishing, but I cannot find anything on my site that has the pages they are talking about. I tried to report the problem and request a removal of the restriction, but I cannot get past their submit... I get an error that says the captcha field is too long.

Hello jholmes900, This issue has been addressed by our systems team already. For more info and to get rid of the warning, visit these links: Google Phishing info Google Phishing Warning Removal The error you are getting is due to the google's CAPTCHA requirement. I recommend retrying to submit the report, and retyping the CAPTCHA. The actual problem is NOT on your account - I reviewed your account and made sure.
