resource overage & couldn't calm it down

Received a Resource Overage notice, then I installed & turned on WP Super Cache plugin, banned lots of spam or spider IPs (by .htaccess & robots.txt). But the cpu usage even get higher, what should I do ?

Hello,

Resource usage can be caused by many things. It is simply a matter of finding the right combination of optimization to get it working properly. We have an article on what to do to bring that under control. Give those options a try.
