When i type in my URL it keeps popping up with "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Jetpack_Carousel in /home/kather30/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/carousel/jetpack-carousel.php on line 17".
I think it happened after i clicked select all for updating plugins.. And i read that the Jetpack Carousel has a clash with another file. Now i am unable to enter my website. What can i do?

Hello,

I see by the notes that the Support team was able to answer your question. For the benefit of those that may have a similar question, you can always enter the File Manager via the cPanel. From there, navigate to the wp-content >> plugins folder. Enter that folder and rename the suspected plugin's main folder. This will effectively remove it from the site so that you can log into the admin dashboard to work from there.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
