Lately I've noticed issues with my ocPortal installation. Most of the time, it stays within Nitro level. However it sometimes spikes way above Dynamo level (more often than I'm comfortable with). One time recently it spiked close to 6000. Unsure what is causing this. CloudFlare made problem worse, so disabled it. I'm using ocPortal's built-in optimization and cache functions. I don't get much traffic at all. Not sure what is causing this or how to fix it, and Web Hosting Hub apparently isn't able to isolate the problem. Help is appreciated.

Hello,

Sorry to hear about your usage levels with ocPortal. Unfortunately this type of issue may be one we have to view while it is occurring. Then the Support team may be able to identify the process causing the issue. Try and contact the Live Support team while it is happening and they may be able to troubleshoot the issue for you.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
