Why is my site asking visitors for a password?

My web site is asking visitors for a password before being able to view my page for no apparent reason? Had no clue about it until my wife told me it had prompted her for one every time. Thought it was due to zen cart install but the problem existed before then. What can I do to get rid of this pword request? Is it as simple as deleting a directory or file? Need help! Launching soon!!!

Hello PureArrowGunz,

I believe you may have already resolved this issue as I am not getting the behavior. However, within the cPanel there is a way to turn this ability on by password protecting directories. It has been known to have been done by mistake from time to time. I gave the link below so you can check that avenue, just in case.
