We use SiteUptime.com to check the availability of our web site. We recently switched to webhostinghub and have started getting messages from SiteUptime.com that the website is unavailable 5-10 times per day. Below is one of the email messages from SiteUptime.com. If I navigate to our website when we have received one of these alerts, the web site is unavailable and the following message is received from Chrome Browser: "Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset". The web site is only down for a couple minutes, but it happens throughout the day, every day. Is there a setting or something that we are missing?

Thank you for your question cadmanage!

Sorry for the connection problems from your SiteUptime.com site. They ping the server from their location to check the websites availability, so if there is a connection problem between your server and SiteUptime.com, we would need a ping and trace route from them to see where the failure is. If you are seeing the site down at your location, then we can look at the ping and trace from you as well. The ping and trace route will need t be sent to our tech support so our systems support can check to see if there is a connection problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best Regards,
James R
