Hello arnold2001,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your subdomains. While researching this, I did not receive a 500 error on any of the subdomains. I did see some subdomains that do not have an index page, but I did not receive an error message. If you are still receiving an error on any of your subdomains, please try refreshing the page in your browser (F5 in most browsers), and if necessary, clear your browser cache.

500 errors are usually caused by either incorrect file/folder permissions or incorrect coding in the .htaccess file. For more information on how to pinpoint the source of the error and resolve it, please see our article, on 500 Internal Server Error message.

Please let us know if you are still seeing any issues with your website or if you have any additional questions. Feel free to either update your questions, or submit a comment below. We're happy to help!

Regards,

Christi N.
