Check your access log by going to your User Portal and clicking your install from the list.
Go to “Access Logs” from the left column
Once in the Apache logs, run a search for “wp-cron.php”:

I cannot find how to do this ?

Hello,

Thank you for submitting a question about finding the Apache access logs. It appears the instructions you've provided are advising the user to find the access logs and search them for instances of "wp-cron.php." We have a full guide on how to download the access logs from cPanel which may be of help to you.

Best,
Christopher M.
