Errors in Log

I'm getting these errors over and over in my php error log. I need PDO to work.

Sorry for the trouble with the errors. The server was under maintenance at that time and was being upgraded on the software. This is why the module API did not match. Sorry for this. The server should be fully upgraded at this time.

Nope, this isn't the issue. I'm still getting the same errors in my log and PDO does not work on the site. This is really hindering my development. I just pulled this from today:
