FTP keeps failing for 421 home directory not available

I have been trying to upload changes to my website via MS-Expression Web 4, but it keeps giving an error saying 421 Home Directory is not available. So I tried FileZilla and keep getting the same error. Any suggestions?

Hello,

Sorry for the problem with the 421 Home directory not available error when trying to use FTP with your hosting server. You will need to check what directory is being used for the home directory, then use the cPanel file manager to determine if that directory exists. If the folder you're trying to upload to does not exist then you will get this error. If the problem persists, you can call into the live technical support team for immediate assistance.
