Having Trouble Launching my website

How do I easily launch my website? I'm coding with html and css and I'm so confused why I can't see my website. I loaded it on to the public file but I still don't see it when I type in my url. Do I need to have my url hosted by you guys as well? Currently my url is wit GoDaddy. I need HELP!

Hello Samantha,

I'm sorry you had trouble publishing your site files. While checking into this for you, I see that our Support Team was able to assist you by adding DirectoryIndex home.html to your .htaccess file so that your site's home page (named home.html) would be the first file shown when someone navigates to your domain. For more information about Directory Index and naming of site files, please see our article What Directory should I Upload my Files to.
