ioncube installed as default

I know ioncube is installed as default on the web hosting service, but after checking my information it is not installed can I install it all does webhosting have to fix the issue,

IonCube is indeed enabled on the server and should be running properly. Are you getting any errors that suggest that it is not running? Could I have those specific errors?
