Problem with my server

Cant log in to ftp and or the front or backend of my joomla 3.0 site. Server appears to be down or I am locked out for some reason. Any ideas? The domain associated with my site is: www.legezadesign.com

Sorry for the trouble with your access to your server. We are able to access your server just fine. You may have a network connection problem to your server from your location. Please run a ping and trace route and provide your IP address to our tech support and they will be able to get you access ASAP. Sorry for the trouble.
