Renewed late and unable to access website

I renewed late and i am unable to access my website, it goes to an ad page instead of my website. I renewed two weeks ago. I also have two years left on my plan. How do i fix this?

Hello,

Thank you for your question on your domain name. I did see that it is renewed and pointing to our nameservers in the registrar. I toggled the nameservers again to see if that helps. Please allow 4-24 hours for propagation of the nameservers. If it still does not direct to your site, please contact our Live Support for individual account assistance.
