Site down all day. When will we be back up again?

The site has been down all day long ( What is the expected timing for a solution.
E-mail seems to be restored.

Hello Littlestripedlion,

Apologies for the interruption in service and downtime for your website! The server is currently running on backups from 48 hours ago, so it's possible that if you had a copy of the site running with different settings from that period that it would nee to be adjusted in order to function correctly. You can request that our systems team transfer the current files in order to the most recent ones by sending in a support request to - you will need to supply verification information for your. Verification is done with the either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

They are still working to get everything back to normal operation. So again our apologies for the service interruption. Please let us know if you require further assistance.
