Why is my website showing a white screen?

Hello Bitans,

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the page. However, I have fixed the issue for you. Basically, the web server is looking for some type of index file when it first comes up. I fixed it by adding a line to your .htaccess file to use your home.html file as the index file. If you require more information about the .htaccess and how to edit it, please review our article on using the .htaccess file.

If you're still seeing the white screen, make sure that you have cleared your browser cache.
