When can I get access to cpanel so that I can get move my site? I want to move my domain too. I cannot trust you people!

I do see notes on the account that you have been in contact with our Systems team to collect your files. For your privacy I cannot discuss details here.

If you still cannot get into your cPanel you will want to contact our support department (open 24/7) and they can help you restore access to your account to do so.
