Account flagged for High Resource Usage

my account has been tracked with High Resource Usage. I've taken all the steps even before i received this email. I tried to utilize the Usage Resource in the Log cPanel, but it shows up blank. So my question is, how do I get someone from WHH to look into this for me, it's no longer in my hands.

Thank you for your question about High Resource Usage. If you received an email notification, simply Reply to the email to open a ticket with our System Administration team. Just request some specific information.

You can also submit a ticket request directly from AMP (Account Management Panel).

I saw that your Resource Usage Tool , and was able to correct it. It is functional and working now.
