Can you help me reset my username/password.
I am very confused about what is happening with my Wordpress account. I cannot log-in using the passwords I have recorded (and I have written down all of my username/passwords). And it will not recognize any of my emails to send a new password. I even tried the usr/pwd from the Installation Details Page.
Could this information have changed when it was brought over to Softaculous?
Bottom line, please help me reset my username and password.

Hello Mikethe8, I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with logging into your WordPress account. We have an article that may help with resetting your password for WordPress. Since your Support Center user name does not link to an existing account, we unfortunately would need to verify your account before we could make changes here in the Support Center. Your best avenue for getting this change completed quickly is to contact the live technical support team via phone/chat/email. They verify with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the AMP password. Please do NOT post that information on the Support center as posts here are open to the public.
