Apologies as I had also meant to mention how the WordPress login path typically works. If you install WordPress the Admin path very consistent. For example, if had installed WordPress into directory like this:

http://exam-ple.com/

Then the resulting WordPress login path would be:

http://exam-ple.com/wp-admin

Another example:

Installation path for your wordpress site is:

http://main-domain.com/subdomain

The WordPress Admin path would be:

http://main-domain.com/subdomain/wp-admin

Hopefully, you're seeing the pattern. If you don't know where your installation is installed, then we would need more information on the account in order to look at it and determine where the installation was placed (if you are hosting with us).
