Hi, I am just transferring a WordPress blog to your hosting.

I am just about to upload my files. Should they go into public_ftp directory?

Hello IanDu,

Thank you for your question about transferring your WordPress site. The document root for your main domain is public_html. If the WordPress files you are transferring are for your main domain name, please upload them to your public_html folder. For more information on transferring your WordPress site, please see the area of our WordPress education channel on migrating your WordPress site to Web Hosting Hub.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
