It's been a while since I've used my ComicPress/WordPress site. I can't remember my password and everytime I try to look it up I get locked out. How do I fix this problem? I want to be able to post comics on my site again.

The page involved is wandandsword.com, my account name is dragondoodle. To make things more complicated I just got a new computer and so my IP address is different (if that would cause a problem, I don't know). I'm running Firefox when I go to my site.

Hello Dragondoodle,

Sorry to hear about your login problems. You can recover your password using the forgot password link on the WordPress login page, but you need know what email address it's going to. You can also try this article for recovering the WordPress password.

If all of that fails, you also have the option of contacting live technical support (available 24/7) and they can change your password, but you will need to provide verification for the account. Verification is done with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

I hope this helps to resolve your issue! Please let us know if require any further assistance.

Regards,
Arnel C.
