I have a HTML website developed using FrontPage. Since FrontPage does not support FrontPage extensions I decided to migrate to WordPress and imported the HTML site to the WordPress sub domain. Now I want the sub domain website to be migrated to root directory _public_html. How do I do it

We have an article that may be just what you need. Check out our article on How to move your WordPress to a different folder. This should give you all the instructions you need to move it. We are available if you have any questions along the way as well, of course.

Kindest Regards,

Thanks for the link and I found it to be useful. Instead of going through the hassle of moving WordPress to my root folder, I took a backup of my FrontPage website, emptied the public_HTML and installed WordPress to my my root and imported my front page website from my backup and the process is a success. Since my website is a small one this method worked. Anyhow thanks for the prompt reply
