The website is gone but your tech dept said the data is still there. How do I get it back up on my site?

Hello,

Thank you for your question. I was able to take a look at your account and see that the issue was due to a php version upgrade on your server. As your WP is bit behind, it needed an older version of php to work properly. I added that ability and the site now displays. I do highly recommend upgrading your WordPress to the newest version for security reasons. There have been vulnerabilities discovered in the older versions.
