Shortlinks, page links, not prompting Facebook to add photo/excerpt
This is a new problem, and I've deactivated plugins one at a time to check for problem. We add FaceBook promo's manually and when pasting in the shortlink --- even the longer, page link --- nothing happens. The link does become a link to the post, but pictures and excerpt doesn't show. Need help fast!

Hello Patty, Thank you for your question about Facebook pulling images from links. This is a common problem, I was able to find several possible solutions for. This helpful post I found via Google search discusses a similar issue as yours. Essentially, facebook wants your links in a specific format.
