Hi there

I have recently installed Word Press Multisite on my server (diamantemerchant.co.nz being the primary site & diamantemerchant.com being secondary).
It appears that I have an issue whereby the images from the primary domain are not being displayed on the secondary domain. The files exist on the server but are not showing through WP.

A little digging indicates that it is something related to the .htaccess file update not being processed on the server (I am running the code as recommended by the Word Press multi site install)

Please refer to this forum thread.

Is there anything that WebHostingHub can do to enforce this .htaccess update?

Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards
Charlie

Hello nzhoster,

I did a check on your htaccess and it looks fine. I tested by commenting out various lines and none of corrected the image issue, so I was able to rule out the .htaccess file.

The next step you want to take is to check your plugins and themes. The way to test that is to turn off on plugin at a time and see if one of those is the culprit. Also, testing another theme may also fix the issue.

Best Regards,
Scott M
