If you have forgotten your Account Management Panel (AMP) password, then you have an option that you can use to reset the password with a password of your choice. The following tutorial will walk you through the process of resetting your AMP password through the online interface.

    Choose email protocol
  1. Go to the normal page where you would Login to AMP.
  2. Link to reset password
  3. Click on the link labeled "I don't know my password ."
  4. Enter Domain/cPanel User name or Email
  5. Type your domain name or cPanel username and the email address of your account, then click submit.
  6. You will then see a message that states, "Password reset Email Sent". Check the email inbox for the address that you typed in above.

  8. When you read the email, you will see a link that you must click in order to reset your password. Click the link and you will open the web page to reset the password.
  9. Type in your new password and then type it again to confirm it. Click on the Submit button in order to save your new password.
