Unable to change password in Cpanel.

Trying to reset my password in Cpanel but seems to be a glitche & will not allow me to reset it. When I try to change it through AMP I am asked to put in the old password in order to re-set, but I do not know it. Is there a way to find out my current password.

Hello,

Sorry for the problem with resetting your cPanel password. You can actually reset your password in the Account Management Panel (AMP). If you are unable to log in there to do the reset, then you will need to contact our live technical support team. You can find their contact info at the bottom of this page.
