Unable to access Joomla site

Uploading photos seems to have triggered your Mod security and locked me out of my own account. I am using the Event gallery extension. How can I stop this happening?

Sorry to hear you are unable to access your Joomla site at the moment. This is normally triggered by mod_security, which you stated. The best way to prevent the false positives that you have been receiving is to protect your Joomla from an outside brute force attack. Once that is set up, contact our Live Support to see if they can remove that mod_sec rule for you. This will remove the false positives.
