white screen back office

i have change my service host , and my stores prestashop have a white screen when i try add a product for example.

the erros is this:

When you moved your website, did you make sure you transferred all the files?

I have copy my all files to hosting hub.

i have a backup for my old host.

you know the especificly file i need copy again?

Hello Daniel,

Sorry you're still having problem. As the error is indicating, the problem has to do with the .TPL file - which is a template file. You should make sure that the theme files are present. As per the error above, it's looking for "helpers/tree/tree_node_item_radio.tpl" and that file doesn't exist in that path. If you hosted this site in the document root folder as opposed to a subfolder, then you will have many problems with the path. Currently, the error indicates that you're running it in subfolder labeled "loja". If this differs from your previous host, then you will need to make adjustments to the configuration. You should also turn OFF friendly URLs until you can get everything working normally.
