Hi, I have tried to install Jetpack to my Wordpress site but I am getting the following error message. Has anyone else had this and managed to resolve it?

Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 406]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com.

Thanks

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the JetPack plugin. A 406 error usually means the program is running against a mod_sec rule on the account. Please try and disable mod_sec via your cPanel and see if that helps with the issue.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
