Problems importing Wordpress blog

Hello, I have a problem. I have already exported my xml file, but i can't import it to my new site. according to the installation guide, i should "login to the new wordpress dashboard" and i can't find this! Please help me. Best regards, roadtripper.

Be sure that you have already installed WordPress on your hosting account with us. You will not have a WordPress dashboard until WordPress is installed within your account. For more information on installing WordPress, take a look at the following link:
