In our on-going efforts to improve Web Hosting Hub's hosting services, a change will be made to the hosting plan structure. This will include a change in plan name for existing accounts that will only be a label change. The following article explains this change for existing Web Hosting Hub accounts.

Web Hosting Hub Plan Name Change

Effective October 22, 2013 all existing hosting accounts will be named Spark accounts. This will be done in conjunction with the introduction of two new higher level hosting plans called Nitro and Dynamo. The name change to SPARK will not change anything about an existing Web Hosting Hub plan. This includes NO CHANGES to an existing:

  • Hosting Plan Billing
  • Hosting Plan term length
  • Hosting Plan's terms of agreement

The hosting plan will operate the same as before, except that there will be options to upgrade to either the Nitro or Dynamo hosting plans. The upgrade options will provide more power for hosting advanced websites.

If this is true, and nothing has changed, why was I just charged an additional $107.88 for this fancy new spark plan?

Hello Sturnella,

The charge of 107.88 is the regular price for the plan. This is explained in our Terms of Service. The reason you paid less the first term is due to the New Customer discount for all new customers. After that initial term expires, the regular price of $107.88/year (for a 1 year plan) takes effect.

Kindest Regards,

I would like to cancel my subscription as soon as possible. Nothing is wrong with your service just not the best time for me to use it.

Thank you
