Hello again stumptown, Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue. The mail directory was removed from your account which was causing the errors you were seeing. We have recreated this directory for you and you should now be able to create email addresses and log in through webmail with no issues. Please note, the existing email accounts will need to be removed and recreated through cPanel in order for them to be set up properly.
