Hi,

I am trying to renew my account (dfawebproductions) for MORE than 1 year but I cannot find a way to do this under "Billings".  Do I just continue to renew yearly or can I pay for multiple years?

Thank you

David

Hello David,

You can lengthen your renewal period, by following our guide on Upgrading/Downgrading your hosting plan, or by contacting Live tech support.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.

Unfortunately, your question is unclear. Could you clarify what you need help with?

Let me re-ask a prior question more clearly, because I don't think it was directly answered:

When I first signed up, I opted for a 3-year service plan, giving me a significant price break over a 1-year purchase.  Do you still offer the 3-year option for renewing clients?

(I don't want an upgraded plan, just a 3-year purchase.)

Thanks.

Hello Hjiorst,

Thank you for your question. If you signed up for a 3-year term, it should also renew with a 3-year term.

If not, you can select a 3 year term when you upgrade your hosting plan.

Also, feel free to contact Live Support with any account specific questions you may have.

Thank you,
John-Paul

I forgot to deposit to my debit card before the yearly payment was due. Now it is sufficiently funded but when I hit submit it still tells me insufficient funds.

The checkout system seems to remember the lack of funding as opposed to attempting to charge the card.

Should I delete and reenter the credit card info?

Hello Robert,

You can certainly try that, though each new attempt should try fresh. It would not hurt to remove and re-enter as a troubleshooting step.

Greetings!

I am in Canada and am looking to renew my account however instead of using a credit card...I would like to use a pre-paid Visa. Is that an option? What if I wanted to switch from the yearly plan to the monthly payment ones?

Thanks!!

Hello Maddie,

Using a prepaid Visa should not be an issue. You would simply need to edit the credit card on file to be that one. As for switching pay form yearly to monthly, you will need to reach out to our Live Billing team so they can set that up for you.

Sure you can. The easiest way would likely to be to call into the Customer Service department and make the payment over the phone.

Log in to your hosting provider's website.
Go to the billing/account section.
Choose the renewal period and pricing.
Select the payment method.
Provide payment information.
Verify and confirm the payment.
Wait for confirmation of successful payment.
