You are receiving this email because you are a valued customer of Web Hosting Hub. We were alerted by security software on our server that your hosting account may have been accessed by a third party. In reviewing this party's activities, it appears that none of your files have been altered or downloaded, as the party in question simply logged in and then logged out of your main FTP account, seemingling in attempt to test your credentials. However, as there were no failed logins prior to the successful one, it's apparent that the person already had your credentials prior to accessing the account.

How can I find out the IP address of who accessed my account?

Hello victoria,

Thank you for your question. According to this email someone logged into your account via FTP, by using your username and password.

I reviewed your account and see that you contacted live support and they were able to provide a more specific answer.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,
