Did you lose the password for an account you have with us, that you are checking via Windows Live Mail?
Or did you lose the password to a Windows Live Mail account that you signed up with separately from our services?
If it was with one of your e-mail accounts you have hosted with us you can use our guide on how to reset a forgotten email password.
Unfortunately if it was for a separate Windows Live Mail account, then we don't have any control over that. You would need to try to go through their forgot password process, and if you can't recover the password that way, you might have to create a new account.
