I'm sorry you are unhappy with the service you have received. I believe some of the confusion you are currently experiencing is due to the automatic responses you received when sending emails into us. We do apologize if you found these responses to be unhelpful, but these are automatic responses sent out by our system so that customers can be sure that we have received their email.
I have confirmed with our Customer Care Department that your email request for cancellation has been received and they will be responding to you as soon as possible.

Your username for the Help Desk will be your cPanel username. Please use the "Lost Password?" link near the log in fields on that page to have a new password for the Help Desk emailed to the primary email address on file.
