General Information
I currently have 1 main domain and 3 add-on domains. I am letting my main domain expire - am I able to switch one of the add-on domains to become the main domain? Will letting the current domain expire affect my ability to access my add-on domains? Thanks.

Hello Kerrie, and thanks for your question.

You are able to change your primary domain name on your account to one of your add-on domains. Letting your current primary domain name expire wouldn't affect your access to your add-on accounts, and you could continue to directly access them via their domain names, or by using the server's own shared hostname (

If you would like to go ahead and swap your primary domain name with another add-on domain on your account, please review the following article that discusses the impact of this. Then you can follow the instructions at the bottom to submit a support request to have this done for you:

I hope that information was helpful. Please let us know if you had any other questions at all.
