it looks like your routing to the wrong server from what you are showing us in the traceroute. We will need your IP address to check if you are connecting to the server at all.
Can you email the traceroute and your IP address to
email@example.com. You can get your IP address at the following url.
You will need to verify the account in the email
include the last 4 of the credit card number
or the current AMP password. Once they get the traceroute and IP address, they will be able to determine the routing problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.
