The Registered Customer Info report breaks down the customers who registered in the website  into five groups:  Gender Distribution, Age Ranges, Country Distribution, Currency Distribution, and Language Distribution.  This report gives further information on the population of your customers based on these groups.  The following article describes the registered customer info report in PrestaShop 1.5.

Using the Registered Customer Info Statistics Report in PrestaShop 1.5

  1. Log in to the PrestaShop Admin Dashboard as an Administrator
  2. Hover over the end of the menu bar to the right where it is labeled "STATS". Click on STATS when it appears in the drop-down menu.
  3. When you get to the main STATS DASHBOARD, go to the left-hand column labeled NAVIGATION, then click on REGISTERED CUSTOMER INFO:

There is only one functional button that follows each graph - this is the CSV Export button.  This allows you to export the data of that graph to a comma separated value file so that you can transfer that data to another application.

The other options are related to filtering the data based on time.  This is done at the top of the report. Select a time period in order to filter your report.

The GUIDE - TARGET YOUR AUDIENCE section includes some great advice from PrestaShop.  It tells you how you can use this report in order to determine a course of action to take to improve your ecommerce site.

  4. Once you have completed ordering your report by the time parameters, click on SAVE in order to save your entries.

Use the Registered Customer Info Statistics report in order to further narrow down your needs for your PrestaShop store.  Determine if your store is reaching the required demographics and if your products are meeting the regional needs for which your store is serving.
