With your Hosting account you will have different logins depending on what you want to access. For example, if you want to manage your Billing information, buy new domains, or order products like SSL certificates, you will need to log into the Account Management Panel ( aka. AMP ).

If you are uploading your website files, creating databases, making mail accounts, and other server related activities, you will log into your Control Panel ( aka. cPanel ). If you use a CMS like the Premium Web Builder or WordPress, you will have a different login for those as well. Below are the steps to take if you don't know your Username and/or Password for your Control Panel ( cPanel ), Account Management Panel ( AMP ), FTP, Email, and your Content Management System ( CMS ).

Account Management Panel ( AMP )

The AMP login will use your email address that you signed up with as the primary email address. If you have forgotten your Password, please use the I don't know my password link on the AMP log in page. See below links for more help with your AMP login.

Please note, when using the Forgot Password feature for AMP, enter just your domain name (do not include http:// or www).

Control Panel ( cPanel )

Your Hosting Control Panel requires a different username specifically set for the cPanel account. You can find your cPanel Username in the AMP technical details. The links below will help you with your cPanel login Username and Password.

File Transfer Protocol ( FTP )

Your main FTP account uses the cPanel Username and Password to connect with FTP which can be found in the AMP technical details. You can also create ftp accounts for other users to upload files. The following links will help you with your FTP accounts and login.

Email Password and Username

When you create the email address is when the Password is set for an email account. Whatever email address you created will be your Username for that email address. The links below will explain how to log into your email.

Premium Website Builder ( Builder )

The Premium Web Builder will use your cPanel Username which can be found in the AMP technical details. The Password for the Builder login can be different from your cPanel and AMP Password. The links below will help your with your Builder login.

Note! If you are still not abe to get into your Premium Web Builder, you may need to install the builder or tech support may need to fix the builder set up on your particular account.

Content Management Systems ( CMS )

You can install programs through Softaculous that will have different logins. Programs like WordPress, Joomla, Prestashop, and Drupal all can have different logins. Below are some popular CMS program login instructions..
